TRANGLAR (V-Games, 2 players, ages 8 and up, 15-20 minutes; €29,99)

In the World of Games, abstract games occupy a place of their own. Abstracts center on the underlying mechanisms of play, generally avoiding any hint of theme, and there have certainly been many classic abstracts. Even non-gamers have heard of such venerable games as Chess, Go and Checkers. But modern times have also given rise to very successful modern abstracts including the highly regarded and popular Othello.
